30-day money-back guarantee

Traffic Insights (operated by Vladyslav Titarenko) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the USD 5 monthly subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, for any reason, including change of mind.

The guarantee applies to your most recent payment. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights under applicable law apply in addition to this policy and are never reduced by it.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request one, visit https://paddle.net and enter the email address used for the purchase, or email us at vladyslav@fame.space with your order or transaction ID and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 3–10 business days depending on your bank. Paddle's own refund policy is available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time; billing stops at the end of the current period and access remains until then. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund.

If a renewal was charged unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days and we will refund that renewal.
